How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, customers must first contact our Customer Service Team to request a Return Authorization (RA) before sending any items back.

    • Items sent without prior approval or an RA number will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to help if you need a different size, color, or product!

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated as soon as you receive your parcel, and the item must reach us within 7 days of being received by you.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Processing:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies for sending the exchanged item back to you.
  • Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange promptly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refund requests must be initiated as soon as you receive your parcel, and the item must reach us within 7 days of being received by you.
  • The item is returned in its original condition, with tags intact, and as per the provided instructions.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to your bank account or preferred payment method, minus any applicable courier fees.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.

Steps to Report a Claim:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 1 working day of receiving the parcel.
  2. Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos.
  3. Include your order details and invoice for reference.

We will work to resolve the issue by offering an exchange, replacement, or refund.


Important Notes:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or promotion are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Hygiene-Related Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
