We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and online wallets. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day; orders placed afterward are dispatched the next business day.

3.1 Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Deliveries:
    • Lahore: Delivery within 2 business days.
    • Outside Lahore: 3-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Customers must contact our support team for a personalized shipping quote. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional charges.
  • Delays and Damages: While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of loss or damage during transit, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Refusal of Delivery

Customers refusing confirmed COD deliveries may be barred from placing future orders or charged for incurred costs.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Sale items and hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product, and all items must be in original packaging, unused, and with tags attached.
