If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase — whether it’s the wrong item, defective, or simply not what you expected — you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

When We Cover the Return Shipping

We will arrange a free pickup and replacement/refund if:

  • You receive a defective or damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong item or size due to our error.

When You Cover the Return Shipping

If you choose to return an item for reasons other than our error (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with price tags intact.

  • The product must not have any odours, stains, perfume scents, or signs of use/wash.

  • You must contact us via WhatsApp, email, phone, or SMS within 7 days of delivery.

  • The original invoice must be included with the return.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged — this includes intimate wear, nightwear, and lingerie.

Items Bought on Sale

  • Sale items are non-returnable unless defective or sent in error.

  • If a product purchased at regular price goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the sale price.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned product, refunds are processed within 48 business hours.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return and receive the return address.

  2. If eligible for free pickup, our courier will collect the product.

  3. If the return is at your cost, send it via a trackable courier service.
